Terms of Service

These are placeholder Terms of Service for esim2sip, a service operated by ILINAYA S.A. DE C.V. ("ILINAYA", "we", "us"). This text is provided for review purposes and will be replaced with the final, legally reviewed terms before general availability.
1. The service
esim2sip lets you provision SIP extensions and eSIM profiles for your organization's phone system, and provides related account, billing and support tools.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify ILINAYA promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Billing
Fees, invoicing and payment terms are described in your billing profile and invoices. Placeholder issuer and bank details appear on invoices until ILINAYA confirms final fiscal information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful traffic, fraud, or in a way that disrupts the service for other customers.
5. Changes
ILINAYA may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new terms version, which account holders will be asked to accept.
