This is a placeholder Privacy Policy describing, at a high level, how ILINAYA S.A. DE C.V. ("ILINAYA", "we", "us") handles information for esim2sip. It will be replaced with the final, legally reviewed policy before general availability.

Account and company details you provide (names, contact and fiscal information), extension and call metadata needed to operate the service, and standard technical logs.
2. How we use it
To provide and bill for the service, to send transactional e-mail (invitations, invoices, service notices), and to keep the platform secure and reliable.
3. Sharing
We share information with the infrastructure and payment/CFDI providers strictly necessary to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
We retain account, billing and call records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
